Neil Bouvier was raised in small town southern Saskatchewan. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.A in European History and a B. Ed. In Fr. Immersion. He was a teacher in BC and Quebec as well as Seoul, South Korea. In 2004, he became a Knights of Columbus field agent, serving councils in Edmonton and the surrounding area. In 2011, Neil and his family moved to Hamilton, Ontario, where he served as the General Agent for the Knights of Columbus in southern Ontario until 2022. Neil volunteered as the Knights of Columbus Ontario Coats for Kids Program Director, which saw the number of children’s coats distributed across the province increase by four hundred percent.
In 2022, Neil and his family moved back west, where he is currently serving as the General Agent for Alberta.
Neil is a 4th degree member and a proud member of Council 8258 in Cochrane, Alberta.
